BAILOUT Skateboards Shipping Policy

At BAILOUT Skateboards, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible while maintaining excellent service. Below you'll find all the details regarding our shipping policies, including both domestic and international options.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: All orders within the United States are shipped via standard shipping, which typically takes 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Cost: We offer flat-rate shipping within the USA. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.

    Please note that all orders will be processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.

International Shipping

  • International Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

  • Shipping Time: International shipments can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country.

    Please note that BAILOUT Skateboards is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please ensure that your selected carrier and service can accommodate shipments to P.O. Boxes. Note that some carriers, such as UPS, do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have any concerns about lost items, please get in touch with us at info@bailoutsb.store with your order number and a description. We will review the case and work with you to find a solution.

Return & Exchange Policy

BAILOUT Skateboards Return and Exchange Policy

At BAILOUT Skateboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please carefully review the details below.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bailoutsb.store with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we confirm your eligibility, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, and these will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Exchange Process: Please follow the return procedure outlined above, and then place a new order through our website for the new product you'd like.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bailoutsb.store with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will provide a replacement or refund based on the nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
